To account for necessary precautions for COVID-19, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. We will make it our priority in ensuring that you receive your package in a timely manner.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to COVID-19, there will be NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS/EXCHANGES at this time for our safety. If there is an issue or concern, please email us.
PRE-ORDERS POLICY
Pre-Ordered items are FINAL SALE with an estimated shipping date. Orders with pre-order items will be shipped once the pre-ordered item has arrived to us. If you would like your item prior to the estimated shipping date, you will have to place separate orders. You will receive periodic notifications (via email) regarding your order. If pickup has been allowed, once your order is confirmed and has been completed, you will receive an email stating that you are able to pick your order up. You will have 7 business days to do so. On the 8th business day, your reserved items will be returned into stock.
